Am Competition
The major annual event at the Beerwah Golf Club is our Pro Am competition. Proudly sponsored by the Reed Property Group, our club hosts this leg of the Queensland Sunshine Tour circuit. We will once again welcome popular professionals such as Terry Price, Marcus Cain and Stuart Bouvier to our course. Amateurs are invited to test their skills against the pros and vie for terrific trophies. The event is also a great way to promote your business by sponsoring a hole. Ian
Baker-Finch Junior Classic One of the most prestigious events for junior golfers in the country is the Ian Baker-Finch Junior Classic. Held at the Beerwah Golf Club since it's inception in 1992, this tournament attracts aspiring young golfers from clubs throughout Queensland. Past winners who have gone onto greater golfing feats include Chris Downes, Sarah-Jane Kenyon and Rebecca Stevenson to name a few. Sponsored by our neighbours, Australia Zoo, the tournament continues to grow in popularity and with the event to be held this year on Sunday 19th October 2008, it looks to be the best yet. Anyone interested in competing can obtain nomination forms from their home club or contact us directly. |

Beerwah
Cup On Saturday 8th and Sunday 9th November 2008, the annual Beerwah Cup highlights our golfing calendar. Open to all, this two day weekend competition is popular with members and visitors alike. With great trophies supplied by Cadbury Schweppes, this mixed event always attracts large fields and proves to be as social as it is serious.
