This notice is to advise you of the upcoming Annual General Meeting of the members of Beerwah & District Memorial Golf Club Inc. The details of this meeting are as follows:
Date: 1st February 2024
Time: 6.00pm
Place: In person at Beerwah Golf Club, 24 Biondi Crescent, Beerwah
Online via Vero Voting (further details will be provided prior to the meeting)

· Management committee nomination form
· Management committee position description
· Minutes of the 2022 Annual General Meeting
At the meeting, members will be asked to vote to:
· accept the minutes of the last annual general meeting as a true and correct record of the proceedings of that meeting
· adopt the auditor’s report
· adopt the annual financial statements
· appoint an auditor for the 2023/24 financial year
· appoint a patron for the 2023/24 financial year
· life membership nominations
· elect relevant members of the management committee
Nominations are now open for the following management committee positions:
· Treasurer
· Club Captain
· Director – Major works & projects
· Director – Course development & maintenance
Nomination forms are available from the office and from the below link. Nominations must be received by the Secretary no later than 4pm Thursday 18th January 2024.
Any items of general business must be received by notice no later than 4pm Monday 29th January 2024.
