This notice is to advise you of the upcoming Annual General Meeting of the members of Beerwah & District Memorial Golf Club Inc. The details of this meeting are as follows:<\/p>\n

Date: 1st February 2024<\/p>\n
Time: 6.00pm<\/p>\n
Place: In person at Beerwah Golf Club, 24 Biondi Crescent, Beerwah<\/p>\n
Online via Vero Voting (further details will be provided prior to the meeting)<\/p>\n

At the meeting, members will be asked to vote to:<\/p>\n
\u00b7 accept the minutes of the last annual general meeting as a true and correct record of the proceedings of that meeting<\/p>\n
\u00b7 adopt the auditor’s report<\/p>\n
\u00b7 adopt the annual financial statements<\/p>\n
\u00b7 appoint an auditor for the 2023\/24 financial year<\/p>\n
\u00b7 appoint a patron for the 2023\/24 financial year<\/p>\n
\u00b7 life membership nominations<\/p>\n
\u00b7 elect relevant members of the management committee<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Nominations are now open for the following management committee positions:<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Treasurer<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Club Captain<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Director – Major works & projects<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Director – Course development & maintenance<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Nomination forms are available from the office and from the below link. Nominations must be received by the Secretary no later than 4pm Thursday 18th January 2024.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Any items of general business must be received by notice no later than 4pm Monday 29th January 2024.<\/p>\n
